Deliveries occur within Brighton and Hove and selected coastal postcodes. We strive to meet your chosen time window but cannot be liable for minor delays caused by traffic or weather. If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave flowers with a neighbour or in a safe place and send confirmation to the purchaser.
Orders can be amended up to three hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellation requests must be submitted by email or phone and confirmed by our team. After dispatch, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Flowers are perishable products. On rare occasions, certain stems may be substituted with similar ones of equal value due to seasonal availability. We ensure freshness through proper conditioning and temperature control.
Seabloom Couriers is not responsible for loss or damage arising from incorrect delivery information or failure to collect items after agreed drop-off. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the order value.
